The simple rules you and we follow while using Grace Matrimony.
Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account or using Grace Matrimony, you agree to these Terms. You must be of legal marriageable age under Indian law (18 for brides, 21 for grooms) and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Your Account & Accurate Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile — name, date of birth, contact details, denomination, church, education, job, district, bio, and photo — and for keeping your login secure. Creating and editing your own profile is free, and so is viewing other members' profiles once your identity is verified. Please do not create a profile on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, and do not impersonate another person.
Membership Fee & Payment
Viewing other members' profiles is free once your identity is verified. Sending interests, replying to them and chatting require an active yearly membership: ₹2,000 for Standard, or ₹5,000 for Premium, which also includes assisted matchmaking, priority placement in search and the list of members who viewed your profile. Payment is made manually via UPI; there is no online card processing. After you submit your UPI reference number, an admin verifies the payment and activates your membership, usually within a few hours. Membership does not renew automatically — you will need to pay again each year to keep your access active.
Refunds
Membership fees are not refunded automatically. If you believe you were charged in error or have a genuine concern, please contact us through the Contact page and we will review your request case by case.
Acceptable Use
Grace Matrimony exists to help genuine members find a life partner. Please do not: harass, threaten, or send inappropriate messages to other members; create fake or duplicate profiles; use the platform for matchmaking brokerage, commercial solicitation, or any other business purpose; or post content that is false, offensive, or unlawful. We may remove content or restrict access for any profile that breaks these rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform, with or without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time; to delete your account, contact us through the Contact page.
Our Role & Limitation of Liability
Grace Matrimony provides a platform to help members connect with one another — we do not arrange, broker, or guarantee any marriage, and we do not verify every claim a member makes about themselves. Please independently verify any details (identity, family, background, health, etc.) before proceeding with a match, and use your own judgement when meeting or communicating with anyone through the platform. We are not liable for the conduct of any member or for decisions made based on information on the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or the law. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Grace Matrimony after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
